Strategy + Execution: The Content Sprint
Leave with a plan and content ready to publish.

A complete 90-day content roadmap and three pieces of content produced to spec, so you’re not just planning, you’re already publishing.
The Problem this Solves
Most content strategies fail at the gap between planning and doing. A document lands in an inbox, looks comprehensive, and then sits untouched because nobody has the time, the expertise or the momentum to act on it.
The Content Sprint closes that gap. You leave with a full strategic roadmap and three pieces of content already written and ready to publish. The plan is in motion before the engagement ends.
What’s included:
- Everything in The Content Foundation
- Full 90-day content strategy and channel plan
- Competitor content analysis (up to three competitors)
- Three pieces of content written and delivered (blog posts, web pages, or newsletter issues)
- SEO implementation guidance for each piece
- 90-day editorial calendar with detailed briefs for every remaining item
- Three calls: discovery, mid-point check-in, final debrief
$1,450 CAD · One-time · No monthly contract
Best for:
- Businesses that have a website and some content but no real system holding it together
- Businesses ready to invest in content as a growth channel and want to see execution from day one
- Businesses that need a strategy they can hand to an internal team or writer to continue
- Businesses that completed The Content Foundation and are ready to build on it
How It Works
Week 1 — Discovery call: A 60-minute intake covering your business goals, audience, competitors, current content, and what you want to achieve in 90 days. This conversation shapes everything that follows.
Weeks 2–4 — Research and strategy build: Richard researches your market, maps your keywords, analyses your competitors, and builds the full strategy document. Simultaneously begins work on the first of the three content pieces.
Week 5 — Mid-point check-in: A 30-minute call to review progress, confirm strategic direction, and ensure the content pieces in production are on brief.
Weeks 6–8 — Content production and calendar build: The remaining two content pieces are written and the full 90-day editorial calendar is completed with detailed briefs for every item.
End of Week 8 — Delivery and debrief: Everything is delivered — strategy documents, three completed content pieces, and the full calendar. A 60-minute debrief walks through each element.
Common questions
What types of content can the three pieces be?
Blog posts, website pages, service pages, newsletter issues, or articles. You choose the format that’s most useful for your business. Richard will advise on which formats are likely to produce the best return given your goals and audience.
Is there a discount for Content Foundation clients?
Yes. If you’ve completed The Content Foundation with Richard, the discovery phase is already done and $200 is deducted from the Sprint price.
What happens after the 90-day calendar runs out?
Some clients return for a second Sprint. Others move into The Content Engine for ongoing monthly strategy direction. There’s no obligation either way. The Sprint is designed to leave you with everything you need to continue independently if you choose to.
Can I use the roadmap with my own writer?
Yes. The editorial calendar and brief documents are built to be handed off. A writer can use them to produce on-brief work without needing further direction.
